Randy Allen is one of Texas high school football's most honored coaches. He and his wife Carolyn, who wrote The Coaches Wife, have been involved with FCA for many years. He puts into writing a year-long plan to implement character and leadership training in an athletic program. It includes samples from the FCA Team Studies on Character series as well.
